1.1. Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

•2 small or 1 large sweet potato

• black pepper

• curry powder

• sea salt

• 1 spoon of olive oil

What To Do

•Cut potatoes into fry-shapes.

• Coat the fries in listed ingredients in a mixing bowl.

• Pop in the oven at 425 °F for 25-30 min, flip once.

• In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until no large lumps remain.

• Add in the quick oats and mix until fully combined.

• Scoop and place mixture in a greased baking sheet.

• Bake in an oven at 350°F for around 15 mins.

• 1 ripe banana

• 1/2 cups sugar

• 4 cups milk

What To Do

• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

• Chill before serving.

1.4. Mango Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 cup evaporated milk

• 1 cup condensed milk

• 2 ripe mangoes• 1/2 cup water

• 2 tbsp. gelatin powder

What To Do

• Slice mangoes and blend until smooth. Place in a bowl.

• Add in your evaporated milk and condensed milk. Mix until smooth.

• In a saucepan, add water then gelatin powder. Wait for 2 mins. or until gelatin has absorbed water.

• Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove heat.

• Add gelatin mixture into bowl of mango puree and mix well.

• Add chunks of mangoes then pour into a greased silicone mould.

• Chill in the refrigerator overnight. Turn over on a plate and serve with mango cubes!

1.5. Apple Chips

• 2 apples, THINLY SLICED

• 2 tsp. granulated sugar – 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder

What To Do

• Preheat the oven at 200°F.

• In a bowl, toss apples with sugar and cinnamon powder.

• Place a metal rack inside a rimmed baking sheet and lay apple slices on top of the rack, spacing them so that no apples overlap.

• Bake for 2 to 3 hours, flip apples halfway through until they’re dried out but still pliable.

• Serve!

1.6. Banana Pancakes

2 eggs

1 banana

WHAT TO DO

• Start by mashing the banana on a plate until all of the chunks have been smoothed out.

• Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add the mashed banana to the bowl (you may also add cinnamon or vanilla extract if you’d like).

• Spray a pan with non-stick spray & pour the batter into the pan in small, pancake-like shapes.

• Cook on a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the pancakes start to brown to your desired colour.

• Serve & add toppings of your choice.
